[edit] Day 4

Habib Marwan was the mastermind behind the events of Day 4. He unleashes various terrorist attacks that rock the United States. Fans often mock how Marwan seemed to have a dozen back up plans.

Marwan used an alias to gain a position at the McLennan-Forster Corporation as a computer engineer. In this job, he set up various sleeper cells in the United States, including the Araz family cell. Marwan also uses this position to obtain highly valuable technology.

Throughout the day, Marwan blows up a commuter train in order to obtain technology to meltdown several nuclear power plants. He also places an Air Force pilot, Mitch Anderson, in a position to shoot down Air Force One, severely injuring President John Keeler and killing his son. Marwan obtains the nuclear football, which gives him enough information to try and launch a nuclear missile in Los Angeles.

Marwan's plots are frequently foiled by Jack Bauer, but Marwan constantly evades capture. He is very committed to his cause. He is so committed that he kills himself rather than let Jack capture him.

[edit] Trivia
