Episode Guide

Jack and David Palmer meet and discover their link, Operation Nightfall. They work together at CTU to try and find who is attempting to kill them. An unsuspecting senior member of Palmer's staff has a secret meeting with a potential assassin. While being debriefed, Teri confronts Nina about her relationship with Jack. Teri finds out she is pregnant but then backs out from telling Jack about the news.

Background Information and Notes

• During the "Previously on 24" segment, the scene of Elizabeth Nash arriving at Alexis Drazen's hotel room is shown with her commenting, "I can't stay long, Alexis." However, in the previous episode, she left out his name.
• Milo's login "LFN" is likely a reference to La Femme Nikita, the show on which Jon Cassar, Robert Cochran and Joel Surnow worked before 24.
